• from Ukraine we ship by Ukrainian delivery services, during shipping the parcel is transferred to international services and to the local service of the recipient
• we do not refund the money in cases where the parcel was lost by the local delivery service in the recipient's country or during transit to it
• we also inform you that the shipping cost and the price of the goods do not include customs duties, since each country has its own tariffs, therefore, upon receipt or during customs clearance, you may be asked to pay tax, in case of refusal, the parcel is returned to us, and we do not provide money refund
• If parcel was delayed by the Ukrainian delivery service or if the goods are out of stock, we will inform you and refund the money within 3 working days
